Applications for early season home games 2012/2013 Season
Are likely to be open on the website around the start of July. If you click on the "Send me an email when a new match is added to the list" link in the Ticket Apps screen it automatically sends you an email when I load the match.
We do NOT have any access to away matches except some Champions League Games. Please do not ask about getting away tickets unless it is for an away Champions League or European match. Direct all enquiries regarding European away matches to
Once you are a paid up member of Arsenal Australia (and have a permanent Australian Address), you may apply for Tickets to Arsenal home matches at Emirates Stadium.
Access the Ticket Applications screen by clicking on the Link in the Members Only Menu in the Right Column once you are Logged In.
Step One - Join and become a member (We suggest Family Membership for partners/relatives living together as you can purchase up to 4 tickets with this option and only 1 each if you join as a full member). WAIT until you receive an email confirming that payment for your membership has been received. You WILL NOT have access to the Ticket Applications section until this time. It can take up to a week for the payment to be marked as received.
Step Two - login to the website
Step Three - Click on the Ticket Applications Link in the Members Menu in the Right Column
Step Four - Click Apply on the desired match
Step Five - If a family member select number of tickets (Maximum of 4) - Full Members will only be able to order 1 ticket PER MATCH.
Step Six - Choose to Pick Up ticket from SW Kiosk at Emirates on day of match or have them delivered to a UK address
Step Seven - Follow the prompts to finalise order, check out and pay
MATCHES WILL ONLY APPEAR ONCE THE APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR THAT MATCH - ANY ENQUIRIES SENT BEFORE THIS TIME WILL BE IGNORED.
Matches may also be closed BEFORE the closing date if the number of applications have passed the likely number of ticket allocations. Best advice is to apply as soon as you see the match is open for applications or risk missing out.
CHANCES OF GETTING A TICKET VIA OUR CLUB ARE:
- CATEGORY B OR C AND NON-FINAL CUP MATCHES - 90%
- CATEGORY A AND CUP FINALS 30-50% DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR -AROUND CHRISTMAS/JANUARY IS A HIGH DEMAND TIME and we only get 6-8 tickets total for Category A matches. The chances of getting a ticket for a Category A match if you have just joined is very slim.
Note - this may vary as more members join our club and is only a guide - the club in the UK has final say over how many tickets we get per match, but we do get at least SOME tickets for all home games.
TO BE SEATED TOGETHER, JUST MENTION IT IN THE COMMENTS JUST BEFORE YOU CLICK ON CONFIRM ORDER. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE TICKETS IN ONE ORDER THERE IS NO NEED TO DO THIS AS YOU WILL BE TOGETHER.
TICKETS WILL SHOW AS OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS UP TO 10-12 WEEKS BEFORE THE MATCH. CUP MATCHES ARE A LOT LESS AS WE HAVE TO WIN BEFORE QUALIFYING FOR THE NEXT MATCH
You MUST be a member to apply for tickets to matches. If you plan to take a friend, they must join up FIRST before you apply.
If you plan to take family members, you must have either a family membership or your family members must be members of the supporters club in their own right.
Anyone who applies for tickets for which they do not have an Arsenal Australia membership for WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
In the case of more applications being received than tickets allocated - tickets will be allocated in order of who has been a member longest and then if there are still not enough to go around, members who have not been before will be given priority first.
YOU will have a confirmation that the application has been lodged emailed to you within a week of placing your order. Confirmation you have been successful will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of applications for THAT MATCH CLOSING.
