For Those without FOXTEL at home that have broadband
From FOXSports:
For the first time, FOX SPORTS brings you the chance to watch selected LIVE games from the Barclays Premier League on the internet in Australia, only on foxsports.com.au. You will also be able to watch selected delayed games from the weekend in full, on demand and on your time!
Go to http://www.foxsports.com.au/football/epl/ondemand to subscribe. The cost at the moment is $69.95 for the season, but only until the 15th September. After that it will be $89.95 for the season or $23.95/month, $7.95/week

I signed up for it last night. It's fantastic. A great way of watching the match if you didn't get a chance to watch it the previous week.

Have just signed up for the on demand service and as Ricard has said it's fantastic. Would recommend this to everyone who has a broadband connection. You don't get all the games that are available on Foxsports. From what I see you get four games a week live and five games on demand with the service. Most important is that this week one of the live games is the mighty Arsenal vs the scum.
