It is high time we all got together, and a north London derby is about a good a reason as there.
Our 'official' venue (The Lucky Shag) won't be open for this game. However, there is a good chance that we might be able to watch it live at the Carbon Sports Bar @ Burswood with commentary.
They dont confirm their schedule, screens, commetary etc until a week or so before so this is still tbc. However, who would be interested if it is showing on their big screen with commentary?

According to their website (http://www.carbonsportsbar.com.au/sched ... 08-02-2009) they are definetly showing a EPL game at 10.30pm next Sunday. As there is no other game on, we can assume that the Spurs game is on.
As ever, this is a massive game. As we havn't met up in ages and there is no prospect of Shag meets in the near future, I am prepared to make the effort and get to Burswood. However, I would rather watch it home if there arn't a significant number of other gooners also prepared to turn up.
I propose we put it to the vote. If we get get at least 10 definite yes votes, lets agree that we will meet. Otherwise, no.
Please dont say yes unless you are prepared to actually turn up...
Obviously the game will be shown there either way.

I have voted yes. Will be driving from the northern sururbs if we get enough numbers. I will have room for a few passengers from up this way (I live in Tapping) so PM me if this end up happening...

if you're standing in the corner with a spurs scarf round your neck
the arsenal boys will get you and we'll break your f*** neck
arsene is our leader and we're heading down the lane
when we get out on the pitch we'll beat the scum again
da da da da da daaa (4 times)
we're the pride of north london
da da da da da da da daaaaa

da da etc
we're the boys from highbury
da da etc
and the arsenal we'll always be
da da (etc 4 times)
80 million spent
they lost again
tottenham going down in may
with a knick knack paddy whack
bentley is a Pr**k
keep buying english cos theyre all s**t
f*** off chelsea fc
you aint got no history
10 fa cups
13 leagues
thats what we call history
traore is a gooner
he hates the tottenham scum
he went down shite hart lane
with a duster and a gun
when the coppers knicked him
they asked him what he'd done
he said hes come from arsenal
to kill some yiddo scum
