Season 2010/2011 Tickets

Postby jwysiecki » 10 Mar 2010, 09:19

Hi,

i have joined her with the intention of applying for tickets for the any of the first few games of the new season. I will be in UK between August and September and I am hoping to catch a game. Can anyone tell me, from there experience, when they announce the draw for the new season? And from this, what are the chances that I can get tickets through this site for one of those early games?

Appreciate the feedback

i live in london at the moment and have so far fared well with tickets in the ballot. draw comes out around july (but maybe earlier due to world cup), applications will open on this site after that, and you should be fine for chances to get tickets for the first few home games but it does depend on how many become available for Australia supporters club and how many other people apply. We usually get 2-6 each match. otherwise a tout can sort you out on the day of the match but only if you're desperate. make sure you do an arsenal stadium tour (arsenal.com) with a legend (charlie george) a few days before teh match and go to the museum with it. pints before the match at the arsenal tavern (cnr gillespie and blackstock rds) with all other gooners is the go if you want the atmosphere. cheers, Elia
