Re: Perth AGM
A few of us are aware, I don't think it's made its way out to the majority of the members yet.
Perth Gooners.. I'm calling on you!! We need your help to step forward and assist with the organising and recruiting of members for next years AGM. If you have any ideas please email me at treasurer@arsenalaustralia.com.au
Nigel (Perth Rep) has worked hard for you lot in the past, how about we give him a hand yeah?

Re: Perth AGM
wow thats awesome news for perth gooners, hope you guys manage to get a new HQ, shame as the shag was,is a excellent pub, unfortunately, as you will be all aware i returned back to the uk in february after 5 and a half years in sunny, hot perth, might see if i can make it out to the agm next year cant promise, i could go see my favourite tattoo artist as well then
, finding it hard to follow the footie now, as it is so engrossed with money and players earn to much it is crazy and as for arsenal raising there tickets by 6.5% its disgusting , have been ofered tickets to the emirates cup, but not sure whether i will ever watch arsenal live again, many true fans simply cannot afford to go any more, i got soft spot for norwhich now they gone up as my aunt lives in norfolk
hope you are all doing great and im fine great to have copious amounts of marmite and proper sausages
but theaps i miss about perth

Re: Perth AGM
Great to see some feedback from Interstate members too!! You guys enjoying our city is just as important as the smooth running of the weekend. After speaking with Graham (the prez) last week, it seems that we may be favouring the first or second week of May. Nigel (Perth Rep) is heavily involved with the Military here in Perth and April is a very busy month for him with Anzac Day preparations.

If we don't have a date by the end of the year I will not be going, don't want to hope I can get cheap flights a month before when I can go and get cheap flights now, will spend the money on a new lounge instead

Re: Perth AGM
have a look at the melbourne itinerary for a guide ,but basically its a pub/club we can eat and drink at and watch a game .(day and time of game can change after thats just the nature of the beast) .A central park we can have a BBQ and kick about .But a weekend date needs to be decided asap otherwise booking cheap flights will be hard ,have heard early may is being considered.
Start a thread on facebook maybe for quicker feedback
hope that helps gigi

What's happening?
I met this really kinky girl.
"Humiliate me," she said.
So I bought her a Tottenham shirt.

Re: Perth AGM
if time is an issue it can always be later in the year ,as long as we have it in 2012 it doesn't matter .Its the time everyone needs to book flights in finding cheap flights and organising time off as 90% off us would be coming from the east .Personaly the 21st of april counts me out as we would have just had a baby and had a month off and im rostered on at work that weekend.

Re: Perth AGM
Chops,
Having it after the re-start of the season would be a lot easier. I'll run it by Graham and see what he thinks..

Can't make it as well unless you do have it later in the year, also best to put it on our Facebook page as well cos not many come on here as much anymore
